Mini (P5 – P7) tour to Ireland April 2009
As part of our drive to raise funds for the upcoming tours by the Minis to Ireland and the U15s to Orthez/Madrid we’re holding a race night on Friday 28th November, which we encourage all parents/carers and their friends and family to attend. The more we raise the more kit we can provide for the kids – all the money goes to the tour funds so it’s critical we get your support.
The venue is the main hall at the rugby club with a fully licensed bar. The start time is 7.30pm and we expect to finish by 10.30pm. The price of the tickets is £5 (to keep the price down we’re not providing a buffet, so feed up before you come).
There will be 8 races with 8 horses in each and we’re looking to sell the 64 horses at £5.00 each, as well as sponsors for each race at £20. Even if you can’t attend please purchase some horses or sponsor a race. There will be a final 9th race where all 8 horses will be auctioned on the night.
Please collect a form and complete the slip and return to your age grade coach ASAP.
